Nosha Store: Exchange & Return Policy

 

At Nosha Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or return based on the following policy.

 

General Conditions

 

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage, stains, or signs of use.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 

Return Policy

 

If you wish to return your item, we offer a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Exchange Policy

 

You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product of equal value.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item to us.

  • Nosha Store will cover the shipping cost for the new, exchanged item sent to you.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

  1. Contact Us: Email us at noshastore001@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and state whether you are requesting a return or an exchange, along with the reason.

  2. Await Instructions: We will reply with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request.

    • Exchanges will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us at noshastore001@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (unless proven defective)

  • Any item that shows signs of being worn or used
